I recently dined at Mansalwa and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. I had the 2 dosas and they were absolutely delicious! The gluten-free batter was cooked to perfection, giving the dosas a crisp and light texture. The accompanying chutneys were also gluten-free and packed with flavor.
